Bermuda’s Bounty of Color

December 12, 2015

As a wedding photographer, the only time to really get away is during the quieter season, which is now! I took a mini adventure with my mom to Bermuda, specifically staying on the island of Saint George. I love color, so it’s not surprise I took quite a few photos of the charming houses. I learned there is a reason why the houses are painted bright colors, and the roofs are white. During the hot summer months, the bold colors of the home keep it cool, and the roof is specifically crafted to collect and then filter rainwater for use in the home. Pretty cool right? There’s function, and beauty. Enjoy these photos of Bermuda!
